Version 1.3.1

This is a small update that introduces a number of fixes and improvements to the assistive self-voicing accessibility feature for the visually impaired. You can read more about the feature at the game engine's documentation page[www.renpy.org].

• The day counter, POV indicator, and "Makai Wiki" pop-ups are now only voiced when hovered.
  
• Interactable elements in selection screens and menus are now properly voiced when hovered.
  
• The "Makai Wiki" articles now make a small sound when they pop up (this applies to all players).
