Update 0.19.5 & Steam Winter Sale

Hi all,

While we are busing working on the new content, we have a small patch for the game that adds a French translation in the meantime.
We're always amazed by the community support and effort into making Desert Stalker available in more languages, so thank you for that!

- Added a French translation (courtesy of Gryff).
- Fixed a font issue with the Turkish translation. Note: some font scaling might be off, we are actively working on this

Since this is an initial translation integration, there might be things missing or wrong. If you encounter any issues, please report them so we can keep polishing it.
