Thank you for the release! First patches and gameplay improvements

The release of Umbranomicon has finally happened! We’d like to thank everyone for your feedback and support during these exciting days. We know there are still a few rough edges, and we are fully committed to polishing everything that remains. New patches addressing the most critical issues are being released daily, and we’re not slowing down.

• We’ve added an option to skip combat encounters. We understand that not everyone wants to fight monsters over and over when the fate of the world is at stake, so now the choice is yours: engage in combat or skip it.

• And if you do decide to challenge the gnomes, victories should now come easier: we’ve increased the protagonist’s health. A hero is called a hero for a reason, after all!

• The shop now shows hints indicating which heroine will like a particular gift. No more keeping notes on the side!

• We’ve also improved several other UI elements. Quest tracking, which is a common request fr om players, is already planned, so you won’t lose track of wh ere to go next or what your current objectives are.

• A small bonus for the most attentive players - a brand-new scene! Where to find it is something you’ll have to discover on your own.

• Fixed long pauses and black loading screens between 18+ scenes and combat encounters

• Removed unnecessary character sound effects fr om story scenes

• Improved the pacing of the mini-game and made progression clearer and more achievable

• Fixed an issue wh ere the player would not take damage when missing a boss attack

• Fixed a bug where the destruction of the second tiara and the wolf’s appearance triggered simultaneously

• Fixed multiple issues with incorrect text display

• Reduced the chance of locations being captured by gnomes

• Applied several minor technical fixes that could cause issues for some players

• Updated the shop interface

• Added gift descriptions — you can now see which gifts appeal to which heroines when shopping

• Rebalanced the protagonist’s health across all battles for better gameplay balance

• Added small visual improvements to further enhance the overall experience
