Second QoL and Bugfix Update

QoL:

• If DLC is in the process of being downloading, the game will ask you to wait and restart.

• If you skip the game, narrator text will be skipped too.

• Based on Tremolo suggestion, DLC content appears in the main gallery now. But to view it, the DLC needs to be installed.

• Russian translators went through the entire script again, and improved the TL to be even better!

• Alignment and style of Chinese font in main menu has been tweaked to closely match other languages.

Bugs:

• Find Key quest would not be marked done if a specific chain of events was followed.

• Broken Mug quests was not being marked as done in specific cases.

Known Bugs:

• Notification UI doesn't disappear in some cases.
