Quick Patch For Old Town Shop

I updated the code for the battle scenes so the enemy will show there lusty animation more. The calculation is different now and I added a red bar showing the lust zone where it will trigger.

Added fast travel to the west side so you can get back to old town.

Fixed various doors and exits where the character was in the wrong place.

Fixed old town shop. Now when you enter it won't lock up and when you enter for the first time a cut scene plays.
