Progress report #2 - Anh and FC route ending...
... and a bit about Monkey.

There are now:
I ended up re-writing one of the scenes almost completely (last 2 preview images). It's the scene about MC's father dying. I got tired of doing renders in uncle's office and since there is a scene with FC right after I figured I'd just have the two of them have a quick chat about the death of that dude, on their way home. It is a nice, sunny day after all.
Now, I am getting very close to the ending. Yeah, this update is going to be pretty short. As will the last route. There aren't a whole lot of unresolved things on both of these routes at this point in their stories.

I honestly have no idea how to fix that issue.
From what I have been able to find is that this has been an issue for about 3 years now. There isn't no "concrete" fix that anyone has been able to find. But there is one solution that seems to have worked for many people, (quoting the original post from reddit):
When you start the game, press and hold the shift key (it should bring up a menu). Disable the gamepad and powersave (have been to know to cause problems), then try the three different renderer's listed there. That's all i got for Mac's.
And that is all I have found, other than starting the game from within the game's folder.
I had to renrender Jessa's scene once again (after redoing it with the new hair.) I gave her a new skin. The old one looked great, but only her face. The rest of her looked as though she is made of plastic. I took a closer look at her and realized that, aside from her face, her skin has no details at all. When I was making those "hair shots" I thought it was just the lighting that was kind of hiding details, but nope. The skin just has no details. So I gave her a new one:
I have also modified the dialogue between Jenny and MC, and made it less (I hope) of a "We'll bang, okay? Right this moment." And added a bit of a dialogue between MC and Anna for the scene where he offers to give her a loan for the tuition.
I also have a bit of a bonus for you. Bunny day (Easter) is coming up so...
