Patch notes for July 18th

It's finally time for old toys to get new upgrades!

Here's the list of what this patch contains:

• Added an option to mute the narrator

• Fixed a bug in the relationship settings

• Added auto forward button in the settings

• Removed "coming soon" for german (it's still coming, someday)

• Updated the splash screen
