📰 Dev Update #04 – Demo Final Stretch

14/02/2026 · Event · Drift On Destiny Line

This week has been intense.

We’ve been pushing hard to get the demo across the finish line, and honestly — it feels closer than ever. A lot of long days, late nights, and nonstop iteration. Blood, sweat, and tears… but the kind that feels worth it.

Let’s break down what happened this week.

Asteria

A major integration phase happened this week.

  • Over 200 static images have been fully integrated into the game.

  • Story improvements made for the demo were implemented both into the demo build and the main game version to keep everything aligned.

  • Updates were made to the Replay Gallery system.

  • UX improvements were implemented to support the latest updates and ensure smoother navigation.

  • Around 3,000 new lines of code were added.

The demo is becoming more complete and more polished with every pass.

Caty

With this week’s progress, all required static renders for the demo have officially been completed.

  • The rendering process for demo visuals is now finished.

  • Excluding animations, the demo will contain close to 700 static images.

Seeing everything come together visually has been incredibly satisfying, and the atmosphere inside the demo feels stronger than ever.

Zrk

Most of the demo-related story adjustments have now been completed.

  • The updated scenario files have been finalized and delivered to Asteria for integration.

  • The revised demo script now spans 60+ pages.

  • Work continues on the file that will include the final music placements and necessary sound effects.

At the same time, we’re continuing to produce content at full speed for both our Patreon supporters and free members.[www.patreon.com]

❤️ Final Thoughts

We can genuinely feel the demo taking its final shape.

There’s still work ahead — polishing, testing, balancing — but the foundation is strong, and everything is moving forward with momentum.

Thank you for being here with us during this final stretch. We’re getting very close.
