Deathblossom - Update & Fixes

Hello!

Thanks to the community's feedback, I've been able to put together a small quality of life patch to improve the game and address various issues. Noteworthy updates:

• Kick timing & hitbox is more generous
  
• Stonecrop's attacks are better telegraphed and her fight is generally easier
  
• Control rebinding options are more obvious
  
• Windows application icon fixed
  
• Mouse is confined to the game area during top down gameplay
  
• Camera is no longer off-center at different window sizes
  
• Hints for certain stages will now appear after a number of deaths (Hints can be disabled in the options menu)
  
• Various other small tweaks and improvements

If you were getting a black screen and disabling all antialiasing through your GPU didn't work, I have added the option to run the game in a compatibility mode which may fix the issue. You can do this by selecting the launch option "Play Deathblossom (Compatibility)".
