We’ve just released a major update for Hot Therapy, focused on expanding customization options and improving overall stability and performance.

Customization has been expanded with 18 brand-new tattoos, offering more variety and personalization options.

A new latex outfit has been added to the game.
More outfits are already planned and coming in future updates.

You can now customize the skin color of the male character, giving you more control over character appearance.

A new option allows you to adjust eyelash size, adding finer visual control during customization.

This update includes significant performance optimizations to provide a smoother gameplay experience.
