This is a cosmetics pack which adds gender variations for multiple characters in the game for character creation!

Futanari women can be created as female instead, so you can make that cute archer without packing the extra heat.

Or if you want to have a full sausage party, there's now futanari options for multiple characters who were female before!

• 4 female variations for characters who are by default futanari! (That's every futanari from the base game!)

• 6 futanari variations for characters who are by default female!
