Reworked all the party member sprites.
Fixed a bug that caused players to be forced onto the wrong endings.
Fixed a bug where Vivian could die before Carwyn rescued her and never join the party.
Fixed a bug where entering the grope chamber in the recollection room would result in a game over.
The Steam bonus items are now only usable on Normal and easier difficulties
