Bubbler Fix and Exp Boost

Hey, everyone! Since the $1 bump got approved today (fingers crossed for Emoticon approval someday), I wanted to work on fixing that pesky Bubbler softlock bug and I THINK it should finally be gone for good! It only appeared for anyone using Mouse movement, but I patched the event in such a way that it should still work even for mouse-users. I don't know if there are any other mouse-movement related bugs, so I still highly suggest sticking to Arrow Keys and Z/X for everything.

On a secondary note, I've significantly decreased the amount of Exp required to level up AND increased the Exp earned from all enemies to hopefully make combat feel less "grindy", so you can reach the spicy content even faster. Thanks for playing! :)
