2.1.5: Softlock Fix

Hello,

Today, the Merikuri event ended. There was an issue with the unlock mechanism.

Please use this patch immediately to fix an issue that prevents the game from being played.

• \[Fix] Simplified the unlock mechanism to remove a softlock that would loop an intro cutscene.

• \[Fix] Belli was not correctly tagged as a Christmas stage.
