New content:
1. Add a new item, the Thunder Staff, which has a chance to be unlocked in the blind box after defeating the pink clothed magical woman. (Improve capture judgment blood line)
2. Added item fortifiers that can be obtained by defeating opponents, and some items can be strengthened in the base.(Old players will be compensated with a certain amount of fortifier based on the existing bounty)

Fixed the bug of not deducting quantity when building ATM machines
