Devs have foolishly pulled the game from steam because a vocal minority of trolls was to much for them. The idea that this game would have any meaningful impact in terms of crime is ridiculous, its like saying schedule 1 is going to increase the number of drug dealers.

Boy, I'm sure glad they removed the game. I've heard that crimes involving rape, incest, and blackmail have gone down dramatically! I've also heard the number of sex offenders has dropped by about 99%! It seems society is finally recovering, who knew this would be the key?!
