Story

Young Elifael El'Naar must prepare for her Baptism, a perilous ceremony to prove her loyalty to her House and devotion to the Goddess. Should she succeed, she will have taken her first step to becoming a priestess herself. Should she fail, she may lose her status and even her mind.

Characters

Elifael is the youngest of the three protegées under the tutelage of Matron Sipriina El'Naar. She is not as bright or devout as her senior Nefail, nor as beautiful and seductive as her senior Synafae. She is kind-hearted but naive. She still has much to learn about the world and upholds the creed of the Goddess without really understanding it.

First Sister of House El'Naar and already a priestess for nearly a century and a half. At first sight, Nefail is a paragon of everything a representative of the Goddess should be: beautiful, powerful, insatiable. And yet there is much turmoil beneath her stern face and cold glare.
