Who Murdered My Empress is a time-travel slow-burn romance visual novel taking place in a fantasy world inspired by the 19th century in Vietnam.
You play as Mai, a strong-willed and analytical police officer from the present day. Injured during a case, you awaken in the year 1845, but not as yourself; you are now the infamously lustful Empress who rules the country.
Armed with the knowledge you learned from history books, you are determined to unearth the truth behind your arrival here and do your best to survive by avoiding mutiny and war.
Here, your life intertwines with Vu Huyen, a beautiful man with a mysterious heart. You must interact with him and your other Consort husbands while keeping your identity a secret. They all seem to harbor their own hidden motives, making your mission that much more challenging.
Why has this happened? Why are you here? And why does your heart beat against all logic?
