I honestly tried. Whoever made plot for this novel - he was inspired by category B porn movies. All women are mega-obsessed with protagonist with no particular reasoning, drama is absent, in general it's all quite boring to be honest. Lewd scenes are not bad, so just set Aut-forwarding to minimum and enjoy graphics, if you like.
