About This Game

Inspired by Félicien Rops’ iconic painting, Pornocrates is an interactive work that blends social critique, stylized sensuality, and allegory. Taking on the role of the enigmatic queen of pleasure, players enter a symbolic universe where eroticism is treated as art, and human instincts are explored with refinement and boldness.

The game unfolds across three levels, each representing a hedonistic celebration in one of the hostess’s private chambers. Sixteen illustrious guests — eccentric figures from diverse cultures — are challenged to navigate trials of charm, intelligence, and emotional surrender. The goal is not merely to win Pornocrates’ attention, but to achieve a profound, symbolic, and overwhelming connection with the ideal of absolute pleasure she embodies.

Those who succeed earn not only material rewards but also a place of honor in her intimate circle. Those who fail undergo a transformative journey: they become "Pigs" — an allegorical symbol of unrefined desire, greed, and self-degradation. But luxury bears a hidden warning: before the fall comes the judgment of others. And in this house of mirrors, all reflect their own vices. Pornocrates is not a game about sex.
