As much as I do enjoy this game, I would suggest waiting for it to FINALLY be fully released. They have a Patreon where you can get a more updated version (as they seem to have forgotten about the outdated and overpriced Steam page) but it isn't complete yet.
Incomplete with 1 update per year and said update is basically scraps from the patreon where the game received more attention

Claire is a refugee fleeing the horrors of war, having lost everything and everyone she's ever known and loved.
Far from being the stereotypical "hero who wants to save the world", Claire is just another desperate civilian; she's no mighty warrior, nor powerful mage. She has no special gifts, save for a comely appearance, and in a world infested with criminals, monsters, and other sinister threats, that often bodes more ill than good.
