Not much of a fighting game in terms of complexity, you only have 3 attacks and 3 parry moves, so you don't need any practice with characters. Blades of Gory is a 2D versus fighting game that is easy to learn and hard to master.

Choose from 8 fierce warriors.

4 game modes.

Arcade: Defeat all 8 playable characters before facing 4 epic boss fights.
Earn extra credits by winning two rounds in a row or by having a perfect round.

Versus: Fight against the computer or a friend in a one off couch versus fight.

Sudden Death: One hit is all it takes! Win 5 rounds for victory!

3 on 3: Select your 3 warriors and 3 opponents.
Tag in and out your warriors until your opponents are all slain!

A unique combat system that rewards timing, accurate blocking and
mastery of range. 3 attacks. 3 blocks. 2 taunts. Move left. Move right.

XBOX 360 Gamepad recommended.
Keyboard controls available.
